From April 17th to 22nd, our company participated in the 15th China International Machine Tool Exhibition (CIMT 2017) held in Beijing.
As the world's manufacturing industry is aiming at the development direction of "Industry 4.0" and my country's "Made in China 2025 Plan" has begun to be implemented, Chinese manufacturing is now moving towards the development of high-quality, green and smart manufacturing. This exhibition The same goes for the subject.
To this end, our company launched three new equipment at this exhibition, namely: ASM compact punching and unloading unit on the same side; ALM laser cutting and unloading unit; HPE hybrid power bending machine automation unit.
The ASM compact punching and unloading unit on the same side is mainly composed of an MT single electric servo turret punch and the same side feeding and unloading system. The plate loading table and the unloading table are located on the same side of the machine tool and are stored up and down separately, which greatly saves the space occupied by the machine tool. During stamping, the entire process can be automatically loaded and unloaded without manual intervention, and when the stamping process is about to be completed, the feeding mechanism can automatically absorb the sheet and wait for it, and the blanking is completed immediately. This greatly reduces the waiting time of the machine tool and improves the processing effectiveness.
ALM laser cutting loading and unloading unit is mainly composed of TFC disc laser cutting machine equipped with TRUMPF TruDisk 4001 disc laser and automatic loading and unloading mechanism. It can also realize the automatic loading and unloading of the plate, and the loading action and the unloading action are alternately performed, which can realize the laser uninterrupted processing, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of the machine tool.
The HPE hybrid power press brake automation unit mainly uses HPE hybrid power press brakes to cooperate with robots. The bending machine adopts a control system that combines a plunger pump and a servo motor, which can significantly increase the speed of the slider, and the overall efficiency can be increased by about 20%. And pump control technology replaces valve control technology, effectively reducing energy loss and saving about 30%. Cooperating with robot bending, unattended processing can be realized, which provides great help for mass production of enterprises.
In addition, this exhibition also demonstrated the "SMES&JETCAM automatic unmanned programming system", which can connect the machine tool through automation software, omitting the on-site programming in the previous production process, searching for programs and calling programs and other tedious things, through the production task list The bar code directly scans the processing program, and the whole processing can be monitored by mobile equipment, which realizes intelligent and rapid production.
In November of this year, at the Shanghai Industrial Fair, our company will also launch new equipment on the market, so stay tuned.
