The hydraulic cushion located between the punch and the slider is to compensate for the deflection and deformation of the slider and the worktable, so that the sheet metal can contact these three points along the full length of the die during the bending process. The length of the bending machine mold is evenly distributed, so that the bending machine force of the punch is evenly distributed over the entire bending length. (The accuracy of the three-point bending angle can reach ±15"). The entire convex and concave mold is composed of several pieces of 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100 mm in width. Each punch is elastically supported and can automatically adapt to the concave mold. The bending straightness and the guarantee of constant pressure distribution improve the accuracy of the bending angle and the straightness of the bending edge.
Three-point bending machine processing method As mentioned above, the three-point bending machine has high bending accuracy, and the plate bending machine is very suitable for product trial production and small batch processing of arc-shaped thin plate parts. When the three-point bending machine is processing, the arc is divided into several straight sections (small chord length) for bending. The appearance quality and the accumulated error accuracy of the bending are integrated, and the length of the straight section is bent according to the radius of the arc. The value range is generally selected between 5-9mm, and the selection of the value is based on the condition that each bending length (bending distance) is equal. If the total arc length cannot be divided equally, the bending distance between the two ends can be appropriately increased.
